Jennifer M. Sandoval, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist, lecturer and writer. She received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, her MA in counseling psychology from the University of Santa Monica and her BA in theoretical mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Dr. Sandoval is a former associate core faculty and served as Chair of the Clinical Psychology Department at Pacifica Graduate Institute. She received extensive management and leadership training as a project and software manager before leaving Silicon Valley to pursue her dream of becoming a psychologist. Dr. Sandoval is steeped in psychoanalytic, Jungian analytic, and archetypal approaches of depth psychology and has spoken internationally on the topic of psychological forgiveness. Her current interests 

include the study and practice of psychology as the discipline of interiority and from within the framework of A Course in Miracles. Dr. Sandoval is the author of A Psychological Inquiry into the Meaning and Concept of Forgiveness (2017) and co-editor of a book of collected essays, Psychology as the Discipline of Interiority: The 'Psychological Difference' in the Work of Wolfgang Giegerich (2017) and Essays on "The Soul's Logical Life" in the Work of Wolfgang Giegerich (2023) published by Routledge. In 2022, Dr. Sandoval founded Soul in Mind Psychological Services, SPC, a non-profit dedicated to offering accessible, high-quality depth psychological care to individuals, couples, and families and training outstanding clinicians in the field of depth psychology.
